Symptoms
Actual Behaviour: User unable to repair RTGS transaction in repair queue as error PQ-TR-17 displays
Expected Behaviour: User should able to repair RTGS transaction in repair queue successfully without error.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process RTGS outbound transaction
2. Check error PX-PROC-004 present to correct maintenance
3. Now try to repair RTGS transaction in repair queue and check error PQ-TR-17 displays
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot repair the RTGS transaction from repair queue
Changes
Application change will populate data into repair fields while sending RTGS transaction to repair queue
