OBPM  PXDOTONL - Purpose Code validation
We are trying to do the ACH txns in PXDOTONL screen and getting error as " Blank or Invalid Purpose Code value in 26T:Transaction Type - PM-VALS-261"

Business Requirement :
System is expecting the Purpose code mandatory. However, Bank business team is expecting it should be non-mandatory. It should be used only for cross border based on the requirement of the transfer country.

PM-VALS-261 : Purpose Code Validation Failed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book Payment Transaction using PXDOTONL
2. for Network Code as ACH. No Purpose Code is Entered. So System is Failed with Error.
3. User Cannot Complete the Transaction

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users need to have the Purpose Code Validation as Non Mandatory
