ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Message generation status in incorrect under advice tab in OLDTRONL

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System shall not show generated/handoff status in OBCL until and unless payment is successfully processed in OBPM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a OBCL contract from OLDTRONL screen
2. Provide settlement details for PRINCIPAL component
3. Save and authorize loan contract
4. Check the status of payment in OLSPMTBR
5. It is in error stage
6. Check the advice status for MT 103 under OLDTRONL screen for DSBR event
7. It is still showing generated which is incorrect
