Symptoms

Actual behaviour: Post 14.3.0.19.0 ps upgrade, account withdrawable balance wrong and null after VAMI increase for principal

Expected behaviour: Post 14.3.0.19.0 ps upgrade, account withdrawable balance should have correct balance after VAMI increase for principal

Simulation steps:
a) In UAT of latest production image on 14.3.0.19.0 FCUBS ps, do VAMI for principal increase
b) Check account withdrawable balance is null

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have right account balance at customer account and impacts operations and EOD.

Changes

 Application changes will have NVL handling for receivable amount and withdrawable balance during VAMI for principal increase
