OBTF - 14.7.0.1.0 - During Export LC Amendment system wrongly validating the confirmation instruction field value with operation code (Doc ID 3052121.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system, export LC was advised with confirmation instructions as MAY CONFIRM. Later on, LC was confirmed by the advising bank
and hence operation code is CNF.
Later, when user is creating another amendment in LCDAMEND screen, system fails with error.

It is observed that system is wrongly validating the confirmation instruction field value with operation code.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Use a non-auto auth user.
 1.Go to Trade Finance
 2.Go to export LC Advise
 4.Go to OBTF system
 5.Go to Letter of Credit Confirmation input
