During Liquidation of second leg in FXDTRPAY, getting error as EL-FCJ-103 (Doc ID 3052347.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
From screen FXDTRPAY the user not able to liquidate the second leg for the swap deal as we are getting error as "Amount to be decreased is greater than the utilized amount EL-FCJ-103"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow user to liquidate the swap deal with out any error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users not able to liquidate the FX contract

STEPS
-----------------------
1.Before creating FX contract, Check the balance in GEDFACLT screen for the line used for contract creation.
2.Create a FX contract with Swap product and for the first leg enable weighted risk tracking and provide the line details and un-check auto liquidation flag.
3.Then press the Linked deal details button and process the first leg and check the balance in GEDFACLT screen for the line used.
4.Then for second leg also provide weighted risk line details. Once for second leg all other details provided, save the deal.
5.After second Leg deal got saved check the balance in GEDFACLT screen for the line used.
6.Then liquidate the both leg of FX contracts manually from FXDTRONL.
