On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

RTGS transaction created through FX contract is not reversed when FX contract is reversed

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RTGS transaction is not reversed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
RTGS txn should be reversed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an interbank SPOT where sell leg is AED ( LOCAL CURRENCY)
2. OBPM resolved network as RTGS as processed the payment transaction
3. User, now, reverses, the FX contract
4. Underlying RTGS txn is not getting reversed
5. Expectation is that underlying RTGS txn shall get reversed when FX contract is reversed
