On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While user attempt to cancel the outgoing pacs008 by initiating an Outgoing camt.056 message, user is not able to fetch any data from the Reason Code field's LOV on screen PSDOCBCN.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should populate valid reason code in LOV for PSDOCBCN screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. User initiates an outgoing pacs.008 transaction which is successfully processed.
2. User tries to cancel the outgoing pacs008 by initiating an Outgoing camt.056 message.
3.However, user is not able to fetch any data from the Reason Code field's LOV on screen PSDOCBCN. Thus, an outgoing camt.056 message cannot be further processed.
