ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

LCDAMEND/LIDAMEND- No Message and Accounting Entry Fired During Amendment of Closed LC


Issue- ROPN event fired without any message and accounting entries. Outstanding liability and outstanding amount remains unchanged (i.e. 0).


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

1) Outstanding liability and outstanding amount should show increased amount.
2) Accounting Entry for contingent liability, charges & commission should be fired.
3) Message should be generated reflecting the amended fields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Go to LCDAMEND and select Amendment of Closed LC as 'Yes'
2) Provide Closed Contract Reference number and click on populate
3) Increase the contract amount & extend the maturity date
4) Save the contract
