Symptoms
For Export LC Closure – In DE stage, when use click on Advices tab charge simulation is getting failed for below error.
ERROR
-----------------------
LC-VALS-411 - May confirm field cannot be modified during close.
LC-VALS-499 - Deferred charges exists contract cannot be close.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in to OBTFPM.
2. Go to Trade Finance.
3. Go to Export LC Closure.
