LIDGUAMD- Getting 'Terms and Conditions' error on amendment
Issue- system displaying error message "Guarantee Terms and Conditions is mandatory- LC-GUA-011"
Expected result- System should allow to amend record in LIDGUAMD smoothly as 'Terms and Conditions' was not provided during guarantee issuance also in LIDGUONL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Created an Islamic Bank Local Guarantee in LIDGUONL without 'Terms and Conditions' as Purpose Of Guarantee is 'Issue'.
2) System allowed to save and authorize the record in LIDGUONL.
3) LIDGUAMD- Go to amendment screen and provide the contract ref and click on populate.
4) Unlock and try to save the record.
