Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Incorrect network resolved from network resolution queue during the transaction flow.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should have selected SWIFTMX as network and txn should not go into process exception queue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upload a message in a manner that it lands in network resolution queue
2. Fetch the record from incoming browser
3. Click on STP layer (View)
4. Click on select network from network resolution queue
5. Select network as SWIFTMX
6. Click on resolve and OK
7. System selects network as SWIFT instead of SWIFTMX
8. Also, txn is going into process exception queue
