Symptoms
On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
In the production environment, an empty upload file containing only the header and no data rows was received. When processed, the system encountered an issue in the DBUpload class due to attempting to read NULL values, resulting in a NullPointerException. After the failure, the empty file remained in the "IN" (Import) folder, preventing the system from processing subsequent valid files. A fix is required to ensure that blank upload files are handled appropriately without causing disruptions to the processing of other valid files.
