OBBRN: Book Vault Overage/Shortage having error
User is unable to do book Vault Overage/Shortage, on clicking submit we are getting error.

RM-TX-EX-01 : Unhandled Exception
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book Vault Overage
2. Enter Currency and Amount
3. on Save Error is thrown
