OBP UAT - 14.7.0.1 - Document Approval Queue Screen (PQSDOCAQ) - Modify operation is not working

Issue:
When we try to modify documents through "Modify" sub-system (PQDDOCMD) from Document Approval Queue screen, the changes done are not persisting/reflecting , even though we receive" Request Successfully Processed" alert message in the front end.
