ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT 734 Message Preview issue and after unlock save Advice is missing in tab
On filling the MT 734 ACEEPT_REFUSAL advice related details, system is showing ACCEPT_REFUSAL advice in advice tab.
Post save user tries to click on message preview and generate the message. The message generated is null and Non-operative copy.
Before authorizing, user unlocks and saves the contract. User visits Advices tab and sees the Advice ACCEPT_REFUSAL is missing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter accept_refusal advice details , visit advices tab.
2.Click save .
3. Query the contract , click on message preview and generate the message.
4.Verify the generated message.
5.Unlock the contract , click save.
6.Visit advices tab , ACCEPT_REFUSAL advice is missing
