ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

AEBMEOFI batch run time is increased after patch set 10 upgrade
MARKEOFI (AEBMEOFI) stage run time is increased significantly after upgrading from 14.5.0.6.0 to 14.5.0.10.0 patch set.
Patch-set 6 EOD for AEBMEOFI is taking around 16 seconds (Start time: 16:21:36: End time: 16:21:52).
Patch-set 10 EOD for AEBMEOFI is taking time between 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 20 seconds (Start time: 21:19:15: End time: 21:22:46).
On further analysis, recent change in GLPKS_MIS package is taking more than 3 min to upgrade customer account balances. This is resulting increased EOD run time.

AEBMEOFI batch should complete on time.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run EOD
2. AEBMEOFI stage run time is increased significantly after upgrading from 14.5.0.6.0 to 14.5.0.10.0 patch set.
3. Patch-set 6 EOD for AEBMEOFI is taking around 16 seconds (Start time: 16:21:36: End time: 16:21:52).
4. Patch-set 10 EOD for AEBMEOFI is taking time between 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 20 seconds (Start time: 21:19:15: End time: 21:22:46).
