Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

cover transfer not generating actual pacs008 message

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System has to  generate Pacs008 details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a cross broad out transaction
2. cover payment information
3. Save and auth the txn
4. We observe that pacs009 is generated but pacs008 is not generated
5. Expectation is that system shall generate Pacs008 with settlement method as COV
