ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBTF - BC -Reversal  and Collection contract cannot be authorized

The reversal and collection contract cannot be authorized due to the error attached. 
Two actions are pending on this ticket:
1. correction of tables to reflect the successful reversal of LIQD event. Due to urgency and prevention of the client's complain consulting team already executed accounting reversal script to return money to client
2. Permanent solution for reversal of BC contract.
