In OBTFPM system during the Import documentary collection booking, passing instructions for a instrcution code is not working with error.


ERROR

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED IN THE NAME OF %DWNA1 %DWNA2 %DWNA3 %DWNA4 ,NA -- getting error as - Unable to process charge simulation request. -
OBRH-Fail - Exception in Performing Obrh Request. Check Request Audit. Due to special character "%". The same issue is also facing in Pre-Prod environment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application

2.Go To Trade Finance

3.Go to Import Documentary Collection Booking

4.Go to Data Enrichment stage

5.Go to Advices tab

6.Go to DOC_ARVL_NOTICE tile

7.Go to Instructions

8 Give instruction code as I006

9.Passing Instruction description
