Utilization amount is not updating correctly in facility during loan VAMI Reversal (Doc ID 3054191.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Utilization not updated correctly in facility after VAMI Reversal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System shall handle updating utilization properly upon VAMI reversal to apply the utilization back to facility A and remove it from facility B.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue,utilization amount for the facility are not updated correctly which results in mismatch of Util amount in facility level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User creates loan account and linked facility A (Utilization gets updated correctly)
2. User Executes VAMI for the loan account by changing linked facility from A to B (Utilization gets updated correctly)
3. User Reverses this VAMI through CLDACCNT for the loan account but Utilization doesn't get updated i.e. utilization amount has to be updated back to A from B.
