Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Username is not getting displayed on Verify & Confirm screen while Lock/Unlock/Grant/Revoke User.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Username must be appeared on Verify & Confirm screen while Lock/Unlock/Grant/Revoke User.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Admin User.
2. Go to Toggle Menu >> Onboarding >> User Management
3. The Username is not getting displayed on Verify & Confirm screen while Lock/Unlock/Grant/Revoke User.

BUSINESS IMPACT
