System throws error " Response is Empty" in the PMSEXATP

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch " PMSEXATP" screen
2. Click "Search"
3. Error will popup

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot Use Summary Screen
