ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Total Charge Icon in charges segment not doing anything

The total charges icon present in Charge Details segment is not opening any popup on click. The Detailed View icon next to it is opening the popup and displaying the charge details.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open any BC issuance screen (GL/Walkin/Account
2.Go to Charge Details segment
3. Total charge details is available
4. No response on click on
