Symptoms

While performing recent txns, money transfer, upcoming payment, below error is observed.

System cannot process, please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open ChatBot

2. Enter mobile number

3. Perform money transfer/recent txns/upcoming payment.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to perform above trasnactions through chatbot.
