Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Created a transaction from the screen PYDOTONL with Creditor account IBAN is given and creditor account number left blank. On save, the transaction moving to process exception queue always because of technical error.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should process the transaction and should not move the transaction to any exception queue
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users not able to save the transaction in screen PYDOTONL
