ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBLM, closed Structure Priority list, it is still showing newly created structures.
Users have closed one structure and created one more structure which has same customer number as closed one. After save and authorize they can see the closed priority in newly created structure.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Closed Structure Priority should not show newly created structures.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application.
2. Verify Structure Priority list in Structure Summary Screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see expected Structure Priority list in Structure Summary Screen.
