ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to create backdated loan account.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Backdated loan account should be successfully created.



STEPS
-----------------------
1.Activate a loan in CLDINANT
2.Create a backdated loan account for same activated account in CLDACCNT for product CRD4
3.System throws 'Unhandled Exception' error.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create backdated loan account.
