External Limits Approval Pending error for LC contract
We are trying to book import lc contract in which we have given limit percentage as 50% and updated CASA account in linkage details for remaining amount but while saving contract we are getting an error as external limits approval pending.
Firstly, We are getting the invalid error on authorizing. Secondly, Attached credit line is not expired but getting the error "Credit line not available/expired".
Thirdly, the error "credit line expiry is before the contract expiry" -> this should be an override and not an error.
Kindly help with the resolution of this issue.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to LCDTRONL and click on New.
2. Select product code IMCS and click on P.
3. Update mandatory details for LC booking.
4. Visit Parties limits tab and update limits details with percentage 50
5. Visit Advices tab.
6. Visit Commission tab and update commission type as Periodic.
7. Visit Charges tab.
8. Visit Linkage Details tab and update CASA account for remaining amount.
9. Visit Fields tab and update fields.
10. Click on Save
11. Try authorising the record from another user and check if user able to authorise contract.
