Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transaction with Reject Reason as "Transaction Rejected. No approver has the required access for this transaction." are not listed in Transaction Log screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction with Reject Reason as "Transaction Rejected. No approver has the required access for this transaction." must be listed in Transaction Log screen just like My Initiated List screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a Corporate Admin User.
2. Go to Transactions >> Transaction Logs
3. Click on Financial Transaction
4. verify the specific Transaction with Reject Reason as "Transaction Rejected. No approver has the required access for this transaction." are not getting appeared.
