Horizontal Scroll Bar Not Working (Doc ID 3055481.1)

Symptoms

The horizontal scroll bar is visible but it's locked unless the users clicks on the column to active it/unlock the horizontal scroll bar.

Version : 8.1.2.8

Steps:

1.Login to KYC

2. Navigate to search and list

3. Scroll down and verify the bar
