Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system, TAX Calculation is not correct while change the vat party in Charge screen.
The App Country code is US and for US country ther is no VAT.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Add the missing event code to process the custom VAT computation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into OBTFPM applicaiton
2. GO to Trade finance
3. GO to Export LC Amendment -- Additional details
4. Go to Commission and charges
5. Go to Charge details change the Vat party (APP)
