Symptoms

Post Deployment of Patchset 14.7.0.6.0  Summary Screen PMSSIMNT on inquiry we are getting error " Response Empty" in the PMSSIMNT

CM-6006 : Response is Empty




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch "PMSSIMNT" screen
2. Click "Search"
3. Error will popup


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Summary Screen
