ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No Tax accounting entries fired in OLDTRONL screen.
However, we have defined the Tax scheme and linked to Product, defined entries in LIQD event and basis component same as the charge component DOC_CHARGE_LIQD (Expense Type). However, charge is computed and accounting for the same is also posted.
Bank has Value added Tax deducted on the charge amount

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a Tax Set up for OL Product
2. Create a Loan , liquidate and validate the Tax
