Symptoms
When user trying to download reports in pending or error status on my report screen, following error occurs.
ERROR

Can't find resource for bundle com.ofss.digx.infra.resource.ErrorMessageResourceBundle, key null
STEPS
---------------
1. Login the application as corporate user
2. Navigate to toggle menu > reports > my reports
3. Click the reports on status as processing/error
4. Error "Can't find resource for bundle com.ofss.digx.infra.resource.ErrorMessageResourceBundle, key null" is shown on screen.
