Incorrect Behaviour Of System While Creating/liquidating BC Cont With Restricted Facility (Doc ID 3056043.1)

We have created a BC contract and attached a facility (In which customer and Product restrictions are available). But system allowed creation of contract with attached facility having that restricted product.
Please note that User has reported the issue as system is throwing restriction related error during Liquidation of Contract only. Expected behaviour is that system should throw error during contract creation , i.e system should not allow contract creation itself with that restricted facility.
But while trying simulation we noticed that we did not get the error even during liquidation also. We were able to create the contract and Liquidate it also with that restricted facility, which is incorrect.

Simulation steps:
Create a facility with Customer Restriction for 435567 and Product Restriction for SBDN (BC product) as allowed.
Create BC contract for 435567 customer and SBDN product and try attaching the above created facility.
Auth the contract.
Liquidate the contract.

Expected behaviour:
System should not allow contract creation with restricted facility.
