BCDTRONL || Error related to handoff for accounting appearing during liquidation of bills


ERROR

Failed during handoff for Accounting Entries during liquidation.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BCDTRONL screen, Fill all the details of the contract.
2. Click on Liquidate and fill the charge details on Drawer/Drawee page.
3. Go to Settlement and click on save.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to liquidate the bill.
