Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inward Returned BC Not marked as 'Not Used' from 'Used'.


As per business requirement BC will be marked returned. So once BC will be returned then Instrument status should be changed to “Unused” from “Paid” status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BC instrument status shows as Used even after Return

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Return a BC Instrument and validate the status of Instrument


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the correct status of Instrument
