OBCFPM - Credit Facility Amendment - Initiation Line Start Date and Maintenance Value Date Are Changing Automatically

Symptoms
OBCFPM Credit Facility Amendment Initiation - Line Start Date and Maintenance Value date are changing automatically
While performing, Initiate CP Amendment application - Amend Facility details
Line start date is given as - 28-Aug-24 during CP Initiation - The date got changed automatically to 27-Aug-2024 in CP Amendment
Maintenance value date is not given at the time of initiation - The date is auto populated as 28-Aug-24 in CP Amendment.
Due to this, users are unable to save the record as system gives error message.
Please refer to the attached screen shots for the details of the error.
Also, system does not allow user to modify the Facility Amount to decrease the "Requested Amount".
ERROR

FT_53 - Line Start Date 2024-08-27 cannot be changed from 2024-08-28.
FT_110 - Requested/Proposed/Approved Limit Amount OMR 500,000 cannot be less than Effective Line Amount OMR 550,000.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Credit Origination application
2. And pass Line Start Date as 28Aug24 for a new facility and keep maintenance value date as blank.
3. Now perform a Facility Amendment, and view the Facility details
4. Line start date got changed automatically to 27-Aug-2024
5. Maintenance value date is auto populated as 28-Aug-24
6. Also unable to modify the Facility Amount to decrease the "Requested Amount".
