ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sender BIC is not setting for pricing rule for i/g MT as well as MX

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system to pick up charges as per the configured rule and pricing value id

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pricing rule is configured
2. Upload an incoming MT 103/Pacs008 which results in PASSTHROUGH outgoing Pacs008 with charge bearer as DEBT/OUR
3. We are expecting system to pick up charges as per the configured rule and pricing value id
4. System is not picking up the charge
