ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system, it is observed that OBRH request transformation mailing for field description containing special character “&” in "otherBankChargeDesc1": "nego & post".


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not handle the special characters during the request transformation for field description


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign to OBTFPM.
2. Go to Trade finance
