ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

QueryExtAccEcaEntries Not giving Proper Response
When we tried to Query a Transaction from IFDEXACC Screen we able to get External Reference Number in the Front End.
But when we are trying the same from API Service we are not Getting the Exernal Reference Number.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

External Reference Number should come on Response
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the Transaction using QueryExtAccEcaEntries
2. Verify the External Reference Number

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find External Reference Number via API , same is coming in Front end though
