Symptoms
When attempting to do the Export LC Reopen stage charge simulation failing
with the following error occurs.
ERROR

Unable to process the charge simulation request
OBRH Fail-Exception in Performing Obrh Request.Check Request audit
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into OBTFPM.
2. Go to Export LC Reopen process inside Data Enrichment stage.
3. Click on Advice tab after filling in all the details.
