Symptoms

When user trying to approve external transfer transaction, then following error occurs.


ERROR

Access not available for approving transaction on Account.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Initiate the external payment from simulator
2. Login as checker
3. Navigate to pending for approval
4. Select checkbox and click on approve button
5. Error 'Access not available for approving transaction on Account' occurred on screen
