ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system, when user has waived all the charges components in additional details hop, still system is showing accounting entries in summary hop related to those components.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not show the accounting entries when the charges are waived.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Sign into -OBTFPM-
2.Go To Trade Finance
3.Go to Import collection liquidation or export collection liquidation process
