Goal

In 14.7.5 innovation line, now only Rest services are supported by OBPM.

When OBTF to OBPM call is happening, we can see that the request JSON is blank in iftb_tf_external_paysys_log,

Contract Data is available in IFTB_TF_EXT_PAYMENT_QUEUE, but still the request json is blank.

We can see that system expects data in IFTBS_TF_EXTSYS_JSON_FORMAT for GenPayMessage but in the table data is only available for GenRecNotice.
