ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TD payout to other branch is not feasible.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to do the payout to other branches.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the TD redemption
2. Verify the payout to other branch account.
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the redemption to other branch.
