ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBTFPM - Import LC Issuance screen - In availability Data Segment, the Goods Code LOV is not fetching date for Page 2 onwards.

Users have noticed an issue in the LC Issuance screen under the Availability tab for the Goods section.

The LOV (List of Values) loads correctly for the first page. However, when navigating to the second page, no data appears automatically.
When clicked "Fetch Again" on the second page, it displays the same data from the first page instead of the relevant data for the second page.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should fetch the records in the LOV as per the pagination values


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate an Import LC Islamic Issuance
2. Move to Data Enrichment Stage
3. In Availability Data Segment, the Goods Code LOV has incorrect pagination
4. First page has the records displayed properly
5. On moving to Page2, system is not loading anything
6. If clicked on Fetch, its loading Page 1 data in Page 2 as well.
