Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An account is being charged twice with service charges after successfully changing the account class.
Specifically, users noticed that the service charge associated with the old account class is still being deducted from the customer’s account, and at the end of the month, the service fee for the new account class is also applied.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On account class transfer, previous account class charges should not be applied on the account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do account class transfer
2. Verify charges

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see proper charges after account class transfer.
