OBVAM- EOD Giving Error at MCUT Pending Stage (Doc ID 3058018.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBVAM - EOD is stuck at MCUT pending stage

We have issue in the running the EOD for the OBVAM segment where we are not able to procced with EOD stuck with the MCUT pending stage.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should complete the EOD and all the stages


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the Workflow for EOD for a branch
2. Invoke the EOD
3. At first it says success and still date is not changed
4. When tried again, EOD is stuck at MCUT pending stage and still shows success


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete OBVAM EOD
